About the Role

What You'll Do

• Travel to client locations across Charlotte and Mecklenburg County to perform notarial acts
• Verify identities and authenticate documents in accordance with North Carolina notary laws
• Execute acknowledgments, affidavits, and other authorized notarial functions
• Maintain comprehensive records of all notarizations and transactions
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their documentation needs
• Manage your route planning and scheduling to maximize efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina Notary Public commission
• U.S. citizenship
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for county-wide travel
• Knowledge of notary statutes, ethics, and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
• Excellent customer service and professional communication abilities
• Self-directed work ethic and ability to manage independent operations
