What You'll Do

• Organize, maintain, and file patient medical records accurately and confidentially

• Respond to record requests from authorized individuals and healthcare providers
• Assist with data entry and basic administrative tasks related to patient files
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations in all record-handling activities
