About the Role
As our Medical Receptionist/Front Desk team member, you'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and administrative support during our Monday through Friday hours, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You'll work with modern medical software systems and coordinate closely with our therapy and clinical teams to ensure every patient and family member feels heard and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
What You'll Do
- Greet and check in patients, manage appointment scheduling and confirmation
- Operate medical office software and maintain accurate patient records
- Handle phone calls, patient inquiries, and correspondence professionally
- Process paperwork, insurance information, and billing-related tasks
- Coordinate with clinical staff to keep operations running smoothly
- Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to our diverse community
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and respond to patient needs with problem-solving initiative
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional office or front-desk experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with medical software systems
- Fluent bilingual ability in Spanish and English
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
