About the Role
As an Automotive Digital Marketing Performance Manager, you'll drive measurable results for automotive clients through strategic digital marketing execution and continuous optimization. You'll own campaign performance from planning through analysis, ensuring every initiative delivers maximum impact and ROI for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels for automotive industry clients
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment across campaigns
- Develop performance reports and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and client services teams to execute campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to improve performance
- Work with analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and optimize marketing results
- Support automotive clients in achieving their digital marketing goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and measuring performance
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Knowledge of automotive industry marketing practices and customer journey
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Track record of delivering measurable results and improving campaign ROI
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
