Ennoble Care is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-(Atlantic City, NJ) to serve patients throughout Atlantic City, New Jersey. In this position you will travel to homes to deliver primary and palliative care for individuals with chronic conditions and limited mobility.

This full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-(Atlantic City, NJ) opening focuses on providing medical care to homebound and palliative patients across the Atlantic City County region of New Jersey under physician supervision while managing a range of chronic illnesses. You will enjoy scheduling flexibility that lets you arrange visits at convenient times, full autonomy to deliver the strongest possible care, and ready assistance from the internal clinical team for requests or orders. Room exists to grow into leadership as the organization expands. Base compensation begins at $125,000 and increases with experience and available incentives. Full-time staff qualify for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, medical and dependent-care flexible spending accounts, accident coverage, critical-illness coverage, and hospital indemnity. Paid time off and paid office holidays are also available. Core Duties

• Deliver excellent primary and palliative care to patients living in and around Atlantic City, New Jersey
• Evaluate health through physical exams, gather and refresh medical histories, then shape the optimal care plan
• Share information clearly with office staff and clinical operations teams across internal systems
• Manage a panel of patients with consistently high-quality, patient-focused attention
• Participate in quarterly medical staff meetings
• Form clinical impressions, diagnoses, and full treatment plans
• Build rapport and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during each visit
• Order diagnostic tests when clinically appropriate
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and other medically indicated interventions

What You Bring

• Board certification together with a current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credential issued by New Jersey
• Solid clinical abilities that support confident assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• An upbeat manner paired with strong interpersonal skills
• Capacity to solve problems independently and work with minimal supervision
• One to two years of primary-care experience with geriatric patients; hospice background is preferred but not required
