About the Role This full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-(Atlantic City, NJ) opening focuses on providing medical care to homebound and palliative patients across the Atlantic City County region of New Jersey under physician supervision while managing a range of chronic illnesses. You will enjoy scheduling flexibility that lets you arrange visits at convenient times, full autonomy to deliver the strongest possible care, and ready assistance from the internal clinical team for requests or orders. Room exists to grow into leadership as the organization expands. Base compensation begins at $125,000 and increases with experience and available incentives. Full-time staff qualify for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, medical and dependent-care flexible spending accounts, accident coverage, critical-illness coverage, and hospital indemnity. Paid time off and paid office holidays are also available. Every employee receives paid sick time, a 401(k) with company match of up to 3 percent, a referral program, and pay-on-demand access through Payactiv.
