What You'll Do

• Investigate medical negligence claims through detailed review of medical records and expert consultation
• Develop and execute litigation strategy for complex, high-value medical malpractice cases
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions and examine witnesses to build strong cases
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients at trial
• Coordinate with medical experts, investigators, and other legal professionals
• Manage case files, court deadlines, and litigation timelines

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey or eligible for admission
• Background in medical malpractice law or complex litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to thorough case preparation and client advocacy
