What You'll Do

• Perform and analyze laboratory tests including urinalysis, cultures, and other clinical assays essential to urology care

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and equipment
• Document test results accurately and communicate findings to clinical staff in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance practices
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to support diagnostic and treatment decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related clinical laboratory field
• Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP, CLIA, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated ability to perform clinical laboratory analysis and specimen handling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in test results
• Evening shift availability and flexibility in scheduling
• Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
