Position Summary

As a Medical Front Office Coordinator at WSA Americas, you'll be the welcoming face of our hearing care practice in Flint. You'll manage patient interactions from first contact through appointment completion, handle administrative responsibilities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our front office. Your role is critical to delivering a positive patient experience while supporting our team of hearing care professionals in serving the Genesee County community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using scheduling software
• Process patient registration forms and collect insurance information
• Handle patient payments, copays, and insurance billing inquiries
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and respond to patient inquiries professionally
• Maintain organized patient records and medical documentation
• Coordinate with hearing care professionals and clinical staff on patient flow
• Perform general administrative duties to support office efficiency
