Role Overview
Men’s Family Violence Services Australia (MFVSA Ltd) is seeking a Manager to lead the Quality, Risk and Compliance team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that MFVSA upholds high standards of service delivery while maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Oversee risk management strategies, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks that may impact the organisation’s operations or reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to family violence services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement necessary changes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality, risk, and compliance matters to senior management.
Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as social work, public health, or law.
- Proven experience in managing Quality, Risk, and Compliance functions within a similar organisation.
- Demonstrated understanding of legislative requirements related to family violence services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
