Qualifications A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as social work, public health, or law. Proven experience in managing Quality, Risk, and Compliance functions within a similar organisation. Demonstrated understanding of legislative requirements related to family violence services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
