Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to family violence services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement necessary changes. Prepare and present regular reports on quality, risk, and compliance matters to senior management. Qualifications A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as social work, public health, or law. Proven experience in managing Quality, Risk, and Compliance functions within a similar organisation. Demonstrated understanding of legislative requirements related to family violence services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
