Role Overview
In this role you will lead the City's Community Grants Program and help deliver meaningful outcomes for the Greater Geelong community. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you'll oversee the governance, delivery and continuous improvement of Council's community grants, ensuring public funding is allocated transparently, equitably and in line with Council priorities.

Qualifications
The successful applicant will have:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Community Development, Public Administration or related discipline
- Experience in project management, community grants administration, or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and the broader community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality outcomes
