About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in the Bayside area of Melbourne. This is a full-time position offering permanent employment with no remote work options available.

• Championing rentals department and providing excellent support for property management tasks
• Utilizing modern software tools for efficient operations

Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring tenants are satisfied and properties are maintained to high standards
• Handling day-to-day administrative tasks related to property management
• Communicating effectively with both tenants and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records for all managed properties

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

• Have a proven track record as an experienced Property Manager in the real estate sector
• Be proficient with property management software and systems
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Show strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
