The National Commission On Certification Of Physicians seeks a Manager of Communications to develop and execute strategic messaging for our organization and partner entities. This is a full-time position based in North Metro, Gwinnett County.
About the Role
As Manager of Communications at NCCPA, you will lead how our organization connects with physicians, healthcare systems, patients, and stakeholders. You'll shape the planning and delivery of internal and external communication strategies that advance NCCPA's mission and strengthen relationships across the healthcare community.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic communication plans aligned with organizational priorities
- Manage internal communications to keep staff informed and engaged with organizational initiatives
- Lead external communication efforts targeting physicians, healthcare partners, and key stakeholders
- Oversee content strategy, messaging development, and multi-channel communication campaigns
- Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and effective organizational messaging
- Support communication efforts for NCCPA's affiliated and supporting organizations
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience managing communication strategies in healthcare, professional services, or nonprofit sectors
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to diverse audiences
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-channel communication plans
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships and external partnerships
- Strategic mindset with solid project management and organizational capability
- Valid authorization to work lawfully in the United States (NCCPA does not sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visa applications)
