Manager, Industry Solutions, Investment Wealth Management

Deloitte is seeking a Manager, Industry Solutions, Investment Wealth Management to join our growing team in Five Points, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you'll partner with investment and wealth management organizations to navigate complex strategic challenges and drive transformative business outcomes.

Position Summary

As a Manager in Industry Solutions focused on Investment Wealth Management, you'll lead strategic initiatives that help our clients define their competitive priorities, solve intricate business problems, and execute large-scale organizational transformations. You'll work alongside senior executives and diverse teams to develop actionable growth strategies, enhance operational performance, and deliver quantifiable results that move the needle for investment firms and wealth management practices. This position offers the opportunity to apply structured problem-solving to high-impact challenges within one of the most dynamic sectors in financial services.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic business opportunities within investment and wealth management organizations
• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex business challenges and develop tailored, actionable solutions that address client needs and market dynamics
• Lead transformation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and strengthen competitive positioning
• Shape growth strategies that align with client vision, market trends, and emerging opportunities in the investment wealth management space
• Track and communicate measurable business outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver real, tangible value to clients and stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams, fostering collaboration and trust throughout project execution

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in management consulting, strategy development, or business transformation within financial services, wealth management, or investment management
• Strong structured problem-solving capabilities with the ability to break down complex business issues into manageable components
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Relevant advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of investment management, wealth management, or financial services industry trends and challenges (preferred)
