Peloton seeks a full-time Manager of Demand Planning for our New York City headquarters. You will lead forecasting strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to build predictive models that align supply with customer demand, strengthen service delivery, and fuel business growth.

This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, finance, marketing, and sales. You will own the demand planning function—building forecasts, monitoring accuracy, and recommending inventory actions that balance cost efficiency with service excellence. Your insights will shape how Peloton anticipates customer needs and allocates resources across the business.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain demand forecast models that drive supply chain and financial planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather input and align on demand scenarios
- Monitor forecast accuracy and investigate variances; recommend process refinements and corrective actions
- Translate demand insights into actionable recommendations for inventory levels and customer service performance
- Support long-range planning cycles and conduct scenario analyses to inform business decisions
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate forecasts and tradeoffs clearly
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting methodology, or supply chain analytics
- Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and planning software
- Ability to explain complex forecasts and planning tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic perspective—understanding how market dynamics, product mix, and business drivers influence demand
- Comfort thriving in a collaborative, data-driven environment with multiple cross-functional teams
