Locum Physician (MD/DO) – Pediatrics

About the Role

As a locum pediatrician with CompHealth in Wylie, TX, you will step into a busy practice and provide continuity of care for infants, children, and adolescents. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients across the general/other pediatrics spectrum.
• Conduct well-child visits, routine examinations, and developmental screenings.
• Manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses with evidence-based care.
• Counsel families and caregivers on preventive health, nutrition, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and on-site clinical teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Specialty training in Pediatrics – General/Other.
