About the Role
We are seeking a Local CDLA Tanker Hazmat for our team in Cusseta, Chattahoochee County. This role is full-time and requires on-site presence.
Core Duties
- Transport hazardous materials safely and efficiently within the specified routes
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous material transportation
- Perform pre-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation during transport
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including logs and documentation of any incidents or issues encountered
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling hazardous materials
What You Bring
- A valid CDLA (Commercial Driver's License) with tanker endorsement
- Proven experience in transporting hazardous materials
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety guidelines for hazmat transport
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and other team members
