What You'll Do

• Manage collateral documentation for loan files, including verification, indexing, and maintenance of records in loan management systems
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with PNC policies and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other departments to process loan modifications, renewals, and closing activities
• Monitor collateral valuations and flag any discrepancies or issues requiring management attention
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date loan records and databases, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting
• Perform quality assurance reviews on loan files to identify and correct errors before they impact customers
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding collateral documentation and loan status

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college coursework or an Associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in loan support, collateral management, or related banking operations
• Proficiency with loan management software and standard office applications
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, collateral processes, and banking regulations
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Ability to work independently and meet consistent productivity standards
