What This Role Involves

As a Line Cook at Joey B's Food & Drink, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to the established recipes and menu. You will work closely with the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety while ensuring efficient operations.

<h2-Core Duties

• Prepare a variety of dishes from scratch following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature, presented attractively, and served promptly.
• Participate in daily kitchen duties such as cleaning, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Work with other team members to manage inventory levels and maintain stock of ingredients.

<h2-Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive motions.
