What You'll Do

• Manage significant real estate transactions with meticulous attention to detail and strategic complexity
• Integrate legal technology platforms and AI capabilities into real estate matter workflows and processes
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and document review using advanced technology tools
• Draft and negotiate agreements for real estate acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing structures
• Support clients through transaction analysis, risk assessment, and sophisticated problem-solving
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance legal delivery

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar admission in applicable jurisdictions
• Demonstrated background in real estate law, transactions, and complex matters
