What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys handling education advocacy and civil litigation cases
- Organize, maintain, and manage case files, legal documents, and client correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate attorney schedules, client meetings, deadlines, and court filings to keep cases moving forward
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and related materials as directed by attorneys
- Support legal research, discovery processes, and client communication efforts
- Maintain efficient filing systems and contribute to the overall operations of the legal team

- Experience working as a legal secretary or in a similar legal administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with legal documentation, Microsoft Office, and standard office software
