Position Summary

This full-time position carries a salary range of $48,000 to $54,000 USD and is eligible for additional bonus opportunities. You will represent the community brand both online and on-site, deliver personalized guidance that leads to signed leases, and help residents feel genuinely welcome. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Follow up promptly with every prospect, share clear details about the community and neighborhood, and convert interest into scheduled tours
• Lead informative, personalized community tours that address individual needs and result in new leases
• Deliver a consistently outstanding resident experience that strengthens brand loyalty
• Produce engaging social-media content that raises awareness and draws prospective residents to the community
• Work three weekends each month when most people search for housing, receiving two weekdays off in exchange
