About This Position

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Leasing Agent with exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service for the 296-unit apartment community of Pioneer Ridge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of leasing, including but not limited to tenant screening, lease agreements, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen and qualify potential tenants through thorough background checks and interviews
  • Process new leases and renewals in a timely manner
  • Handle all leasing inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, or in-person visits
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with current residents
  • Manage the leasing office and ensure it is always presentable and welcoming to visitors
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including final walkthroughs and inspections
  • Assist in maintaining and updating property records and reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity with property management software is advantageous
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for on-site visits
