As the Learning and Development Manager at Walters Hospitality, you will combine the mindset of a hands-on builder with a genuine passion for people. Joining a dynamic, quickly evolving business, you will take the time to understand how each team operates and then design the learning structures that empower employees to do their finest work. Our guiding belief is that leaders develop their own people, so your mission is to give those managers the tools, frameworks, and resources they need to coach effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the training infrastructure that supports performance across all teams.
• Equip managers to confidently train, coach, and develop their own direct reports.
• Learn the inner workings of a growing, fast-paced organization and tailor learning solutions to fit.
• Create scalable programs, materials, and processes that grow alongside the company.
• Partner with leaders throughout the business to identify skill gaps and build practical learning paths.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a closely related field.
• A natural builder who can create programs and systems from the ground up.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sincere commitment to helping others succeed.
• Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to translate how teams actually operate into effective, real-world training.
