Role Overview

As a Lean Leader at Wabtec's Duncan, SC facility, you'll champion lean methodologies and operational excellence across your assigned area. You'll develop and execute improvement strategies, mentor team members in lean principles, and establish a culture of continuous enhancement. Your expertise will directly impact how we work, from production floors to support operations.

Core Duties

• Lead and facilitate lean improvement projects using proven methodologies and tools
• Train and coach employees at all levels on lean concepts, standard work, and process optimization
• Identify process bottlenecks and design solutions to reduce waste and increase productivity
• Develop and maintain visual management systems, standard work documentation, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lasting operational changes
• Monitor progress against improvement targets and communicate results to leadership
