What You'll Do

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses on mushroom samples for quality control purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of all test results, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new farming techniques to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall farm operations.

What We're Looking For

• A degree or diploma in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field.
• Experience in laboratory work, particularly in the agricultural sector.
• Familiarity with vertical farming technology and practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively within a team environment.
