About the Role
As a full-time Kindergarten Teacher Assistant at Dakota Montessori School, you will partner with lead teachers to support our Kindergarten program in Fargo. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare learning materials and keep classroom spaces tidy, safe, and ready for activities
- Communicate respectfully with children, families, and fellow staff to foster a positive community
Qualifications
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children in an early-education setting
- A patient, dependable, and team-oriented approach to the classroom
- Availability for full-time hours on-site in Fargo, Cass County
- Interest in or familiarity with the Montessori method is a plus (training and mentorship welcome)
