About This Position
The IT Fulfillment Associate is an integral part of the City IT Helpdesk team. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day fulfillment and tracking of IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other assets across the organization to ensure employees have the necessary tools for their roles.

- Prepare, ship, receive, and track IT equipment
- Fulfill equipment requests from the IT Helpdesk and internal teams
- Maintain accurate asset records
- Coordinate shipments and manage returned equipment
- Organize and accurately track IT inventory to ensure availability when needed
