About the Role

City Electric Supply is seeking a Deskside Support professional to join our team in Port St. Lucie as a full-time, on-site employee. As the first point of contact for end users experiencing technical issues, you will be responsible for resolving support requests and answering general technical questions. Your role involves gathering information from internal City Electric Supply employees to identify the root of the problem and handling first-level fixes for known issues, with escalation to Level 2 support as needed.

Core Duties

• Gather information from internal City Electric Supply employees to diagnose technical issues
• Resolve first-level support requests and answer general technical questions
• Escalate issues beyond your scope of expertise to Level 2 support

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a friendly, motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. You should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Prior experience in technical support or a related field would be beneficial.
