Position Summary

As a PT - Private Investigator at Deltagroup, you will conduct fact-finding work that supports clear case outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out surveillance, observation, and related field activity in a lawful and professional manner.
• Perform background checks, open-source research, and other information-gathering activities relevant to each assignment.
• Interview sources and witnesses when appropriate, documenting statements accurately and objectively.
• Collect, organize, and safeguard notes, photos, records, and other case materials for later use.
• Prepare clear written reports that summarize methods used, outcomes observed, and recommended next steps.
• Communicate case status and findings to internal contacts in a timely, concise way.
• Maintain confidentiality, ethical conduct, and compliance with applicable laws and company procedures throughout every investigation.
• Manage schedules, logistics, and travel as needed to complete assignments efficiently and on deadline.
