Inventory Control Supervisor

Freudenberg is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor at our Howell, Michigan facility to lead warehouse and inventory operations in this full-time position. You'll oversee stock management, supervise warehouse staff, and drive process improvements that keep our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, storage, and order fulfillment
• Supervise and develop warehouse team members to meet performance standards and safety requirements
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to verify accuracy in our inventory management systems
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Document and analyze inventory discrepancies; implement corrective actions
• Track warehouse metrics and prepare regular reports for management
• Enforce workplace safety practices, company policies, and regulatory compliance
• Identify and champion operational improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste

What You Bring

• 3+ years of inventory management or warehouse operations experience, including supervisory responsibility
• Proficiency with inventory control software and warehouse management systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in record accuracy
• Problem-solving mindset with a drive to optimize processes
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary coursework or degree a plus
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
