Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and issue capital call notices, distribution notices and related investor correspondence with precision and speed
• Update and maintain investor databases, including contact details, ownership percentages and transaction histories
• Respond promptly and professionally to investor enquiries regarding fund performance, document requests and operational matters
• Generate periodic investor reports, account statements and customised data extracts using Excel and internal systems
• Coordinate with finance, legal and operations colleagues to gather information required for audits, compliance filings and quarterly reporting cycles
• Support onboarding of new investors, including processing subscription documents and ensuring KYC completeness
• Track key investor servicing deadlines and escalate potential issues to senior team members in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a closely related discipline
• Two to four years of progressive experience in investor services, fund administration, private equity operations or asset management
• Strong working knowledge of private equity structures, capital call and distribution mechanics, and investor reporting standards
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills paired with comfort learning specialised portfolio or CRM platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication ability together with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities under time pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Collaborative mindset and professional demeanour suitable for frequent interaction with internal teams and external investors
