About the Role
The Community Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in strengthening relationships between Insomniac Holdings and our attendee community. You'll serve as a bridge between the company and dance music enthusiasts, helping create memorable experiences that extend far beyond the main stage. This position combines authentic community interaction with event support, requiring someone who understands what drives attendee loyalty and engagement.
What You'll Do
- Engage directly with attendees before events to build anticipation and gather feedback on interests and preferences
- Support community members throughout the festival experience, ensuring positive interactions and addressing needs
- Facilitate post-event connection and reflection through community channels and follow-up outreach
- Help develop and execute community engagement initiatives that strengthen attendee loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate community insights into event planning
- Monitor and participate in community discussions to stay connected with attendee sentiment
- Represent Insomniac Holdings with authenticity and professionalism at events and community gatherings
