As Project Manager, Production & Operations at Insomniac Holdings, you will sit at the intersection of creative ambition and operational discipline. In this position you'll coordinate the moving parts behind festivals and events, ensuring that production goals are met on time and that day-to-day operations stay on track. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across production and operations workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to keep events progressing toward launch.
- Track tasks, budgets, and logistics, surfacing risks early and resolving roadblocks proactively.
- Support the planning and delivery of innovative, immersive music festivals and live events.
- Maintain clear communication and documentation so every stakeholder stays aligned.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Hands-on enthusiasm for production and operations work.
- A self-starting, highly motivated mindset and strong attention to detail.
