About the Role

As an Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse with CarePartners' Morganton location, you'll provide direct patient care in a specialized rehabilitation environment where patients progress toward independence and improved function. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you'll apply your nursing expertise to support recovery, manage complex care needs, and help individuals transition to life beyond hospitalization.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with rehabilitation goals
• Administer medications, manage wound care, and monitor vital signs with clinical precision
• Facilitate active patient participation in therapy sessions and recovery milestones
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and care team members
• Educate patients and families about discharge planning, medication management, and post-acute care transitions
• Identify and respond promptly to clinical changes and patient safety concerns
• Contribute to quality improvement and a culture of excellence in patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Active RN licensure in North Carolina
• Clinical experience in inpatient nursing or rehabilitation care
