About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you'll drive day-to-day campaign execution from strategy through delivery. Working across Later's AI-powered platform and creator intelligence tools, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external creators to deliver campaigns that achieve brand objectives and reach target audiences effectively.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify creator talent whose audiences and values align with brand campaigns
• Manage creator outreach, briefings, and ongoing communication throughout campaign cycles
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, content approvals, and stakeholder updates
• Monitor live campaign performance and prepare performance reports for clients
• Leverage Later's proprietary creator data and platform tools to optimize creator selection and campaign execution
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand partners

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills—written and verbal—across multiple stakeholders
• Working knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and creator economy trends
• Proven organizational and project management abilities
• Self-directed work style suited to remote collaboration and independent problem-solving

• Campaign coordination or project management experience preferred
