As an Indirect Procurement Intern at our Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) office, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers for indirect materials and services
• Support the preparation of tender documents and bid analysis
• Aid in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of procurement policies and procedures
• Participate in data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks related to procurement activities

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 months of internship experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
