What This Role Involves

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and experienced Indirect Buyer to join our client in the Aerospace industry. As an integral part of the procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing indirect goods and services. Your expertise in strategic procurement will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Core Duties

• Sourcing and negotiating contracts with suppliers for indirect materials and services.
• Evaluating supplier performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and reporting on key metrics.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and address supply chain needs.

Requirements

• A proven track record in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably within the Aerospace industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier performance and cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
