No prior caregiving experience is required — Alana provides paid training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with everyday activities such as personal care, mobility, and light household tasks
- Offer attentive companionship and emotional support to seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Communicate openly with families and the Alana care team to coordinate the best possible care
- Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect
Qualifications
