About the Role

As a Hybrid BCBA with Ability Builders ABA Co, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The position blends center-based and remote responsibilities, giving you a flexible, hybrid structure built around strong work-life balance. Our Indianapolis center is designed so that play and progress go hand in hand, supported by high-quality therapy, tailored treatment plans, and specialized programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior and treatment plans for each client.
• Provide ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum within a center-based setting.
• Develop and refine specialized programs that turn structured play into measurable developmental gains.
• Monitor progress through data collection and adjust interventions to match each child's evolving needs.
• Guide and support technicians and team members to maintain consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing.
• Experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Skill in creating individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Ability to work on-site at the Indianapolis center while managing hybrid responsibilities.
• A collaborative, child-centered approach to therapy and program design.
