About the Role
LSCG is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Laborer with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License to support underground construction and installation projects. You'll be the backbone of on-site operations, managing traffic flow, maintaining clean and hazard-free work environments, and coordinating with heavy equipment operators to ensure precise, safe execution of project tasks. This full-time position requires both mechanical aptitude and strong safety awareness.
What You'll Do
- Direct traffic and coordinate vehicle movement in and around active work zones to protect workers and maintain site safety
- Inspect and prepare construction sites, removing debris, hazards, and obstacles to create safe working conditions
- Communicate with and signal equipment operators to guide alignment, positioning, and movement of machinery and materials
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
- Maintain accurate records of site conditions and activities
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company safety standards without exception
- Operate your CDL vehicle to transport equipment, materials, and personnel to and from job sites
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License in Washington state
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to safety and detail
- Reliability and professional attitude on the job
- Experience with underground construction, utility work, or similar labor roles is a plus
