Topline Heating & Air is hiring a full-time HVAC Lead Installer to serve homeowners across the Bethlehem and Scranton, PA region. About the Role
As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer based out of Bethlehem, you'll head up heating and cooling system installations in customers' homes from start to finish. This is a hands-on, on-site position (not remote) with steady, year-round work and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for the right professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Read job specifications and ensure every install meets local codes and manufacturer standards
- Guide and mentor apprentices or helper installers on the crew
- Test, commission, and verify systems for safe, efficient operation before handoff
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and represent the Topline brand on every job
- Keep work areas clean and maintain tools, materials, and vehicle inventory
Qualifications
- Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems, ideally in a lead role
- Strong working knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment and controls
- Ability to read installation plans and follow safety and building-code requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean, reliable approach to fieldwork
- Dependable, motivated, and comfortable serving customers throughout the Bethlehem/Scranton area
