Housing Visions Unlimited Inc is recruiting a Housing Stability Coordinator-Resident Engagement for our Niagara Falls office. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting residents and strengthening community stability across Niagara County.

The Opportunity

Join our team as a Housing Stability Coordinator-Resident Engagement at Housing Visions Unlimited Inc in Niagara Falls, where you'll make a direct impact on the lives of residents in our community. This full-time role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships, coordinate programs, and advance housing stability initiatives. You'll work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed. Your workspace is based at our Niagara Falls office at 607 Walnut Ave, and you'll travel throughout your assigned portfolio to connect with residents and partners across the region. Your Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to understand their housing stability needs and goals
• Coordinate programs and initiatives that support long-term housing success
• Provide case management and support services to residents in your portfolio
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Document interactions and progress using program systems
• Support residents in accessing resources and navigating available services
• Travel throughout assigned areas to meet with residents and community members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate cultural sensitivity
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Niagara County
• Organized approach to case management and record-keeping
• Commitment to housing stability and community engagement
• Ability to work as part of a team and respond to changing priorities
