About the Role
We're hiring for both full-time and part-time housekeeper positions at Ascension Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Wisconsin. You'll work flexible schedules that vary by shift, with evening shifts available from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. This role is essential to keeping our facility running smoothly and ensuring a hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain patient rooms, common areas, corridors, and restrooms throughout the facility
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle linen management and ensure proper disposal of waste materials
- Respond to maintenance requests and work closely with nursing and administrative staff
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety standards to maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control
- Adapt to changing facility needs and support team members as required
What We're Looking For
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and lift equipment safely
