The Opportunity
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable Hospital Flex Officer to join our team at Talcott Village in Hartford County, Connecticut. This role offers full-time employment with no remote option available.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast-paced security services in a hospital setting
- Ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors
- Respond to emergencies as needed
- Promote customer service excellence in all interactions
- Work weekends as required
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A valid driver's license with a clean MVR
- Security or relevant experience preferred (3 months minimum)
- CT Guard Card is preferred but not required
- Hospital-specific certifications will be provided as needed, including CPR training
