Dragos is hiring a full-time GTM Recruiter, based in the United States, to help grow the go-to-market teams behind the world's leading ICS/OT cybersecurity company. About the Role

As a GTM Recruiter at Dragos, you'll own full-cycle hiring for our revenue-generating organization. You'll serve as the trusted recruiting partner to our Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Resident Engineering teams, directly influencing the company's growth while forging strong partnerships across one of our most fast-moving functions. Our recruiting approach rests on three commitments: an outstanding candidate experience, genuine partnership with hiring stakeholders, and a relentless focus on quality of hire that measures success by real revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Revenue Partnerships positions.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to shape role requirements, design creative sourcing strategies, and define the signals that drive confident hiring decisions.
  • Develop high-caliber candidate pipelines that move quickly and deliver a transparent, white-glove experience candidates remember.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring teams, bringing market intelligence, competitive benchmarks, and data-driven insights to every search.
  • Champion the Dragos brand in every candidate conversation, communicating what sets our mission apart.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on GTM/Sales roles such as Account Executives, SDRs, or Customer Success; startup or high-growth experience is a strong plus.
  • A real understanding of sales talent and culture, enabling credible conversations with candidates and sales leaders alike.
  • Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems, and creative outreach to engage passive talent.
  • Comfort with ATS platforms—Greenhouse preferred—and a quick aptitude for learning new tools.
  • Excellent organization to juggle multiple searches and priorities without losing momentum.
  • Authentic passion for candidate experience, a collaborative growth mindset, and resilience in a competitive hiring landscape.
  • Bonus: recruiting analytics experience, familiarity with the OT or cybersecurity sales market, and a track record of building GTM teams.
