Core Duties

• Contribute to project planning, sequencing of activities, and progress tracking for heavy civil initiatives
• Support cost monitoring, quantity takeoffs, and basic estimation tasks to keep work on financial track
• Coordinate daily logistics among field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Generate and manage key documents including daily reports, submittals, RFIs, and change documentation
• Observe site activities to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols
• Assist with resolution of technical questions that arise during construction execution
• Compile status updates and data summaries for internal reviews and client discussions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related discipline
