The Opportunity
ELMO is currently seeking experienced Casual Healthcare Assistants to join our dynamic Ward/Day Stay Teams in Tauranga. As a key member of the team, you will support and assist registered nurses in delivering safe and quality care to patients.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and medication administration.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
- Ensure all procedures are carried out in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
- A Level 4 Certificate in Healthcare Assistance or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
