Role Overview
The Wissahickon School District is seeking dedicated and experienced Classroom & Child Specific Assistants for the 2026-2027 school year. This role involves providing support to students in both classroom settings and individualized child-specific programs, ensuring a nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
- Assisting children with daily routines, including personal care and hygiene needs
- Providing one-on-one or small group instruction as directed by the teacher
